Aditya Infotech to acquire 30% stake in BLUE for ₹45.4 Cr

Aditya Infotech Limited has received Board approval to invest ₹45.4 crore for a 30% stake in AI video-compression firm KGraph AI Solutions Private Limited (BLUE). This investment, valued at a post-money valuation of approximately ₹151 crore, aims to enhance CP PLUS's AI-led surveillance capabilities by integrating BLUE's proprietary Semantic Codec technology. The technology can reduce video storage and bandwidth by up to 90%, complementing CP PLUS's evolution into an integrated security solutions provider. The transaction is expected to close by November 5, 2026, subject to closing conditions.
