Aditya Ispat Appoints R.Bengani & Associates as Internal Auditor

Aditya Ispat Ltd has appointed M/s R.Bengani & Associates, Practicing Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad, represented by CA Rajesh Bengani, as its Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-2027. The decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on May 30, 2026, where the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, were also approved. The meeting commenced at 1900Hrs and concluded at 2100Hrs.
