Kenvi Jewels Appoints SS Lunkad & Associates as Secretarial Auditor

Kenvi Jewels Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s SS Lunkad and Associates as its Secretarial Auditor. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors on September 4, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The appointed auditor has over five years of post-qualification experience in secretarial and legal matters.
