Ador Welding Appoints Krishnamurthy Suryanarayan as New CFO

Ador Welding Ltd announced a change in its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) following a Board Meeting held on July 30, 2026. Mr. Surya Kant Sethia resigned from his position, citing personal reasons and a desire to pursue opportunities outside the organization. His resignation is effective from August 14, 2026. The Board has appointed Mr. Krishnamurthy Suryanarayan as the new CFO and Head - Strategy, effective August 15, 2026. Mr. Suryanarayan brings over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, and strategy.
