Mr. Surya Kant Sethia has resigned from his position, effective August 14, 2026, to pursue external opportunities. The company has accepted his resignation and expressed appreciation for his contributions over his 11-year tenure. Mr. Krishnamurthy Suryanarayan has been appointed as the new CFO and Head - Strategy, effective August 15, 2026. Mr. Suryanarayan brings over 25 years of experience in finance, including roles at Godrej Consumer Products Ltd. and CEAT Ltd.
