Adroit Infotech Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for August 4, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will commence at 4:00 PM at the company's registered office. Concurrently, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of these financial results, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
