Adroit Infotech to Acquire Majority Stake in Verso Altima

Adroit Infotech Limited has entered into a non-binding agreement to acquire a majority equity stake in Verso Altima Group D.O.O., a digital solutions provider based in Croatia. Verso Altima Group has a standalone revenue of approximately 13 million Euros. Upon completion, Adroit Infotech's consolidated revenue is projected to reach $23-25 Million USD (approximately Rs. 225-250 Crores). The acquisition will be funded through internal accruals, Preferential Issue, and Rights Issue proceeds, without third-party debt. This move aims to create a global practice in SAP BRIM and advanced telecom engineering, leveraging complementary IT services portfolios and a hybrid delivery model combining Verso Altima's European presence with Verso Altima India's technical capabilities. The transaction is subject to definitive agreements, due diligence, and regulatory approvals.
