Fortis Healthcare subsidiary acquires Suguna Hospital for ₹277 Cr

Fortis Healthcare Ltd announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, International Hospital Limited (IHL), has acquired the entire business and operations of Suguna Ramaiah Hospitals Private Limited (Suguna) and its land and building in Bengaluru for approximately INR 277 Crores. The acquisition, which has been consummated, aligns with Fortis Healthcare's inorganic growth strategy and strengthens its network in Bengaluru, particularly in the North West catchment area. Suguna Hospital reported revenue from operations of INR 49,79,86,452/- for the period ended March 31, 2026. This move is expected to enhance Fortis's capacity to deliver quality healthcare services in the region.
