Fortis Healthcare Subsidiary Acquires Suguna Hospital for ₹277 Cr

Fortis Healthcare's wholly-owned subsidiary, International Hospital Limited (IHL), has acquired the business, operations, land, and building of Suguna Ramaiah Hospitals Private Limited (Suguna) in Bengaluru for approximately ₹277 Crores. The acquisition includes the entire business and operations of Suguna from Suguna and the land and building from one of Suguna's promoters. Suguna's revenue from operations for the period ended March 31, 2026, was INR 49,79,86,452/-. This move aligns with Fortis Healthcare's cluster-focused inorganic growth strategy, strengthening its network in Bengaluru and enabling expansion in the North West Bengaluru catchment area. The transaction has been consummated on October 28, 2026.
