Fortis Healthcare Ltd's wholly-owned subsidiary, International Hospital Limited (IHL), has acquired the entire business and operations of Suguna Ramaiah Hospitals Private Limited (Suguna) and its land and building for a cumulative transaction value of approximately INR 277 Crores. The acquisition includes the business operations of Suguna, which reported revenue from operations of INR 49,79,86,452/- for the period ended March 31, 2026, and the property located in Rajajinagar, Bengaluru. This move aligns with Fortis Healthcare's cluster-focused inorganic growth strategy, strengthening its network in Bengaluru and enabling expansion in the North West Bengaluru catchment area. The transaction was consummated on October 28, 2026.
