Adroit Infotech Ltd Sets August 14 for 36th AGM; Approves Book Closure

Adroit Infotech Ltd announced its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, August 14, 2026, at 09:00 A.M. IST via Video Conferencing. The company's Board of Directors approved the closure of the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from August 4 to August 14, 2026, inclusive, for the AGM. The cut-off date for determining voting eligibility is August 3, 2026, with remote e-voting from August 10 to August 13, 2026. The Board also approved the appointment of Ms. Sarada Putcha as Scrutinizer, accepted the resignation of Internal Auditor Mr. Ravi Daryavesh, and appointed Mr. Thirumareddy Praveen Kumar as the new Internal Auditor. Additionally, the Board noted revisions in remuneration for Group CEO and Group COO, approved the forfeiture of 26,39,910 partly paid-up equity shares, and approved modifications to the 'AIL ESOP- 2023' scheme, subject to shareholder approval.
