Advance Metering Board approves director changes, RPTs, loans

Advance Metering Technology Ltd's Board of Directors met on April 27, 2026, approving several key matters. These include the appointment of Mrs. Natasha Tara Ranade as an Additional Executive Director for five years and the change in designation of Mrs. Ameeta Ranade to Chairman cum Non-Executive Director. The Board also approved material related party transactions, granting of loans/guarantees/securities under Section 185, and making investments/loans/guarantees/securities exceeding Section 186 limits.
