Advance Metering Technology: Promoter group shareholding changes

Mrs. Ameeta Ranade, part of the Promoter and Promoter Group of Advance Metering Technology Ltd, has disclosed an acquisition of equity shares. This acquisition occurred through the transmission of shares following the demise of Late Mr. Pranav Kumar Ranade, who was a Promoter, Chairman & Executive Director. The transmission of shares is an operation of law and not a market purchase. Mrs. Ranade's holding increased to 12.12% post-acquisition.
