Mrs. Ameeta Ranade Acquires 6.80% Stake in Advance Metering Technology via Transmission

Mrs. Ameeta Ranade, a promoter of Advance Metering Technology Ltd, has acquired a 6.80% stake in the company through transmission of shares. This acquisition occurred due to the demise of Late Mr. Pranav Kumar Ranade, who was also a promoter, Chairman & Executive Director. The shares were transferred by operation of law, not through market purchase or off-market transactions. Following this transmission, Mrs. Ranade's total holding in the company has increased to 12.12%. The disclosure is made as per SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
