Advance Metering Technology Appoints Additional Director

Advance Metering Technology Ltd announced the appointment of Mrs. Ameeta Ranade as an Additional Director to its Board. The appointment, effective August 14, 2026, is subject to member approval and will last until the next Annual General Meeting. Mrs. Ranade brings over 35 years of corporate management experience, including in banking and finance. She is the spouse of the late Ex-Promoter Mr. Pranav Kumar Ranade and mother of Mr. Prashant Ranade. The company confirmed she is not debarred from holding a director's office.
