Ganga Pharmaceuticals Re-appoints Bharat B. Sharma as MD for 3 Years

Ganga Pharmaceuticals Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Bharat Brijmohan Sharma as Managing Director for a further period of three years, effective April 01, 2026. The approval was granted at the company's 37th Annual General Meeting held on September 26, 2026. Mr. Sharma, who has over 35 years of experience in the pharma industry, is not liable to retire by rotation and has not been debarred from holding a director's office by any authority. His spouse, Mrs. Srijna Sharma, is also a Whole-time Director.
