Sree Rayalaseema Hi-Strength Hypo appoints K Phaneendra Rao as Independent Director

Sree Rayalaseema Hi-Strength Hypo Ltd has announced the appointment of Sri Phaneendra Rao Kasturi (DIN: 11881707) as a Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointment is for a term of five years, effective from August 12, 2026, and was approved by shareholders at the 21st Annual General Meeting held on September 26, 2026. Sri Kasturi is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience in audit, assurance, taxation, corporate advisory, and financial governance. He holds a Diploma in Information Systems Audit and has professional exposure in corporate governance, financial reporting, internal financial controls, and regulatory compliance. He previously served as Chairman of the Kurnool Branch of ICAI and is not related to any other directors of the company.
