The meeting will also review the limited review report for these results and consider the appointment of Mr. Vishw Jayeshbhai Vora as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent). The trading window, which closed on October 1, 2026, will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
