Advance Multitech Ltd Holds 47th AGM, Approves Preferential Issue

Advance Multitech Limited convened its 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 28, 2026, in Ahmedabad. The meeting, held physically, focused on several key business and special resolutions. Notably, the company sought approval for an increase in authorized share capital, the issuance of up to 1,00,00,000 fully convertible warrants at ₹40 each on a preferential basis to non-promoter investors, and increased borrowing limits.
