Shruti Ahuja Acquires 1,00,121 Shares of Advent Hotels via Gift

Shruti Ahuja, part of the promoter group, has acquired 1,00,121 equity shares of Advent Hotels International Limited (formerly Shiva Realtors Suburban Private Limited) from her immediate relative, Mr. Shravan Bali, also from the promoter group. The transfer was executed via an off-market gift transaction on September 4, 2026. Following this acquisition, Shruti Ahuja's holding increased to 1,22,621 shares, representing 0.23% of the total diluted share capital. The total share capital of the company remains Rs. 53,94,28,870/- before and after the transaction. This disclosure is made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
