Advit Jewels Director Resigns, New Chief Expansion Officer Appointed

Advit Jewels Ltd announced that Mr. Krishna Vardhan Gilara has resigned as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective August 10, 2026. Concurrently, the company's Board of Directors approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and appointed M/s. R N V & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. Mr. Gilara has also been appointed as Chief Expansion Officer and designated as Senior Management Personnel. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Abhishek Gilara as an additional director and Joint Managing Director, and a change in designation for Mr. Vipul Gilara to Whole-time Director and CEO. The company will hold its 7th AGM on September 28, 2026.
