Advit Jewels: Vipul Gilara becomes CEO, Krishna Gilara appointed Chief Expansion Officer

Advit Jewels Ltd announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on August 10, 2026. Mr. Vipul Gilara's designation changed from Whole-time Director to Chief Executive Officer and Whole-time Director. Mr. Krishna Vardhan Gilara was appointed as Chief Expansion Officer and designated as Senior Management Personnel. The company also approved un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and appointed M/s. R N V & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. Additionally, Mr. Abhishek Gilara was appointed as an additional director and Joint Managing Director, subject to shareholder approval. The 7th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 28, 2026.
