Advit Jewels Leases New Delhi Property for 9 Years

Advit Jewels Limited has executed a lease deed for a commercial property located at D-32, Lala Lajpat Rai Marg, Defence Colony, New Delhi. The lease is for a period of nine years, commencing August 1, 2026, and ending July 31, 2035. The premises, approximately 2,200 sq. ft. super built-up area, will be utilized for the company's commercial business activities. The monthly rent will escalate over the lease period, starting at ₹8,50,000 for the first three years. A security deposit of ₹25,50,000 is also part of the agreement. This lease is expected to facilitate the company's business operations and expansion in New Delhi.
