Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd (MLDL) has expanded its residential redevelopment portfolio in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) by acquiring three societies. Two societies are in Borivali and one in Chembur, contributing to existing and new redevelopment projects. These additions are projected to generate a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹1,500 crore.
