Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd (MLDL) announced its audited financial results for Q4 and the full financial year ended March 31, 2026. For FY26, consolidated sales (Residential and IC&IC) grew 25% to ₹4,118 crore. Gross Development Value (GDV) additions were ₹18,060 crore. Consolidated PAT, after non-controlling interest, significantly increased to ₹298 crore from ₹61 crore in FY25. Operating cash flow for FY26 stood at ₹840 crore. The company maintained a strong balance sheet with a net debt to equity ratio of -0.27 (cash surplus). For Q4 FY26, consolidated sales reached ₹1,993 crore, with residential pre-sales of ₹1,633 crore. Q4 FY26 consolidated PAT was ₹90 crore. The Board proposed a final dividend of ₹3.5 per equity share for FY26, representing a 25% growth over FY25.

In Q4 FY26, the consolidated PAT was ₹90.12 Cr, with revenue from operations at ₹669.62 Cr. The statutory auditor, Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated financial results.

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. has announced that its subsidiary, Mahindra Industrial Park Chennai Limited (MIPCL), has received a favourable Order dated 12th February, 2026, in a litigation case at Principal District Court, Thiruvallur. The matter, which was between Harsha Estates & Others and MWCDL/MIPCL, has been disposed off in favour of MIPCL.

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. has announced that a legal dispute between Mr. Rajesh Sharma and its subsidiary, Mahindra World City (Jaipur) Limited, has been dismissed by the Court of the Additional District Judge, Jaipur. The dismissal, which took place on 30 March 2026, is in favor of the Company and MWCJL.
