Mahindra Lifespace Corrects FY26 Annual Report ESG Data

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has issued an addendum to its Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26, rectifying certain sustainability metrics. The revisions primarily concern typographical errors and decimal-level adjustments in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions data for residential Scope 1, leading to significant corrections in reported figures. For instance, Residential Scope 1 emissions are revised to 89.22 tCO₂e from 1,973.89 tCO₂e. The Water Positivity Index for IC&IC (O&M) is also corrected to 45.08% from 108.05%. These changes, verified by Bureau Veritas (India) Private Limited, do not impact the company's operational activities, sustainability strategy, or long-term targets, but ensure greater accuracy in environmental performance disclosures.
