Advit Jewels: Promoter Group Acquires 16.98% via Gift

Abhishek Gilara, a member of the promoter group of Advit Jewels Limited, will acquire 77,78,430 equity shares, representing 16.979% of the company's capital, through an inter-se transfer by way of gift from his immediate relative, Vipul Gilara. The acquisition is scheduled for September 10, 2026, and is exempt from open offer requirements under SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, as it is a gift. This transaction will reduce Vipul Gilara's stake from 34.38% to 17.40% and establish Abhishek Gilara's significant holding.
