Aegis Vopak Board to Consider Final Dividend for FY26

Aegis Vopak Terminals Ltd has announced that a board meeting is scheduled for May 28, 2026, to consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also consider and recommend the final dividend, if any, on equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The trading window, which was closed from April 1, 2026, will remain closed until May 30, 2026.
