Aegis Vopak Terminals Sets AGM Date, Final Dividend Record Date

Aegis Vopak Terminals Ltd has announced its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 7, 2026, via Video Conference/OAVM. The company has fixed July 10, 2026, as the record date for determining eligibility for the final dividend for FY 2025-26. If approved at the AGM, the dividend will be paid by September 4, 2026. The Annual Report for FY 2025-26 will be sent electronically, with a cut-off date of July 31, 2026, for e-voting entitlement. E-voting will be open from August 3 to August 6, 2026.
