Affle Holdings Pte Ltd, a promoter of Affle 3i Limited, has acquired 2,981,479 equity shares, representing 2.12% of the total share capital. This acquisition was made through the conversion of warrants into equity shares on October 19, 2026, and October 21, 2026.
