Affle 3I Ltd Allots 12.77 Lakh Equity Shares on Warrant Conversion

Affle 3I Ltd has allotted 12,77,155 equity shares to its promoter, Affle Holdings Pte. Ltd., upon the exercise of warrants. This allotment follows a previous one of 17,04,324 shares. In total, 30,16,443 equity shares have been allotted out of 74,00,000 warrants issued to the promoter, against a total payment of Rs. 6,115.04 million out of Rs. 11,003.80 million. The company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital has increased to Rs. 287,791,654, comprising 143,895,827 equity shares. The company is seeking listing approval for these new shares from NSE and BSE.
