AGI Greenpac Recommends Shashvat Somany as Joint MD

AGI Greenpac Limited has recommended the appointment of Mr. Shashvat Somany as Joint Managing Director (JMD) for a term of 5 years, effective October 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Somany, currently Head of Strategy, holds an MBA from London Business School and a BA from UCLA. He has been instrumental in leading strategy and transformation initiatives and founded the company's venture capital platform, SIG Tattva. In his new role, he will work alongside Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Sandip Somany, overseeing operations and expansion across container glass, PET bottles, security caps & closures, and aluminium cans.
