Agi Greenpac: Shashvat Somany Appointed Director, Ceases Senior Management Role

Agi Greenpac Ltd announced that following shareholder approval, Mr. Shashvat Somany has been appointed as a Director and Joint Managing Director, effective October 1, 2026. Concurrently, he will cease to be a Senior Management Personnel from the same date. The company's Board of Directors also approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. Additionally, a revision to the notice for the 66th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 22, 2026, was approved to include additional agenda items.
