Ahmedabad Steelcraft Appoints New Secretarial Auditor, Approves RPTs

Ahmedabad Steelcraft Limited announced changes in its secretarial auditor during a Board of Directors meeting held on August 14, 2026. M/s SJV & Associates resigned from the office of Secretarial Auditor, effective August 13, 2026. The company has appointed M/s Nisarg Sharma & Associates as the new Secretarial Auditor to fill the casual vacancy, with their term extending up to the ensuing 54th Annual General Meeting. Additionally, the Board approved omnibus material related party transactions with ABI Energy Solutions Limited (up to ₹100 Cr) and ABI Infratech Private Limited (up to ₹25 Cr) for FY 2026-27, subject to requisite approvals. The meeting also took note of the standalone un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
