Ahmedabad Steelcraft Approves RPTs Up to ₹125 Cr

Ahmedabad Steelcraft Ltd's Board of Directors, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has approved omnibus material related party transactions (RPTs) with ABI Energy Solutions Limited for up to ₹100 crore and with ABI Infratech Private Limited for up to ₹25 crore for the Financial Year 2026-27. These transactions are subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved the standalone un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, and appointed M/s Nisarg Sharma & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval. The board meeting was held on August 14, 2026.
