AI Champdany Industries: Open Offer for 13.98% stake at ₹29.50

Sumedha Fiscal Services Ltd, acting as Manager to the Offer, has announced an Open Offer for AI Champdany Industries Ltd (AICIL) on behalf of Acquirer 1 (Gunny Dealers Limited) and Acquirer 2 (G Jerambhai Exports Limited). The offer is to acquire up to 43,00,382 equity shares, representing 13.98% of the company's total equity and voting share capital, at a price of ₹29.50 per share. This open offer is a result of the acquirers' prior agreements to purchase 27.12% of AICIL's shares from Blancatex AG and Jayshree Wadhwa. The total maximum consideration for the open offer, assuming full acceptance, is ₹12,68,61,269.
