AIA Engineering Holds 36th AGM, Approves Dividend and Director Re-appointments

AIA Engineering Limited conducted its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 15, 2026, via video conferencing. The meeting saw the adoption of standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY2026, the declaration of a dividend for FY2025-26, and the re-appointment of Mrs. Bhumika Shyamal Shodhan as a director. The remuneration of the Cost Auditors for FY2025-26 was also ratified. Additionally, Mr. Bhadresh Kantilal Shah was re-appointed as Managing Director for a five-year term. All resolutions were passed with requisite majority through e-voting and poll.
