AIK Pipes revises KMP list for materiality disclosures

AIK Pipes and Polymers Ltd has announced a revised list and contact details of its Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) authorized to determine the materiality of events and information, and to make disclosures to the Stock Exchange as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The updated list includes Mr. Imran Khan (Chairman and Managing Director), Ms. Tahira Sheikh (Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer), and Ms. Harsha Shivnani (Company Secretary and Compliance Officer).
