Aimco Pesticides Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q4 FY2025-2026

Aimco Pesticides Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all Directors, KMPs, Designated Employees, Connected Persons, and their immediate relatives as defined in the Regulations and Code of Conduct. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, and will continue till 48 hours after the declaration or announcement of the Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the same period will be communicated in due course.
