Airfloa Rail Technology Signs MOU with KTK Group for PSD Projects

Airfloa Rail Technology Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with KTK Group Co. Ltd. to jointly pursue Platform Screen Door (PSD) projects in India. This collaboration aims to enhance Airfloa's railway equipment manufacturing capabilities through technology sharing, domestic production, and project execution. KTK Group will contribute its expertise in PSD systems, while Airfloa will lead local manufacturing of selected mechanical and electrical components, project management, installation, testing, and commissioning. The partnership will involve pursuing PSD projects through tender-specific joint ventures or consortiums, subject to approvals.
