Ajanta Pharma: CTL Trusteeship Pledges 5.31% Shares

CTL Trusteeship Ltd, acting as a Common Security Trustee, has disclosed the pledge of 66,32,651 equity shares of Ajanta Pharma Limited, representing 5.31% of the total share capital. These shares are pledged as security for the issuance of secured, unlisted, redeemable, and non-convertible debentures by Lenexis Foodworks Private Limited (aggregating up to ₹3,373 crore) and Inspira Realty 2 Private Limited (aggregating up to ₹500 crore). The disclosure is made under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The total encumbered shares, including pledged ones, amount to 1,69,12,924, or 13.53% of the total share capital.
