Chander Kala Goyal Acquires 51.02% Stake in CAMWPL via Gift

Chander Kala Goyal, a member of the Promoter Group of Ajanta Soya Limited, has acquired 3,76,004 equity shares, representing 51.02% of Cosmic Alloys and Metal Works Private Limited (CAMWPL), through a gift. CAMWPL holds 11.18% of Ajanta Soya Limited's equity. This transaction is an off-market inter-se transfer of voting rights and is in compliance with SEBI regulations, with an exemption granted by SEBI. There is no direct change in Ajanta Soya Limited's shareholding as a result of this transaction.
