Ajanta Soya: Promoter Group Transfers 3.69% Stake via Gift

Chander Kala Goyal, a member of the Promoter Group of Ajanta Soya Limited, has transferred 2,97,21,877 equity shares, representing 36.93% of the company's paid-up share capital, to CKG Family Trust via an off-market inter-se transfer by way of gift. Additionally, 51.02% of Cosmic Alloys and Metal Works Private Limited was gifted to the same trust. These transfers comply with a SEBI Exemption Order dated July 30, 2026, exempting the transferor from certain SAST Regulations requirements.
