AJAX Engineering Director Rajan Wadhera Resigns

AJAX Engineering Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Rajan Wadhera as an Independent Director, effective June 18, 2026, due to personal reasons. Mr. Wadhera will also step down from his roles in the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholder Relationship Committee.
