Ajel Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on October 13, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s Maddukuru & Associates as Statutory Auditors. This appointment is to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s G M K & CO. LLP. The new auditors will hold office until the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting. M/s Maddukuru & Associates possess expertise in Auditing, Finance, Legal, Taxation, Assurance & Regulatory services, with branches in India and the USA. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at an Extra Ordinary General Meeting.
