Ajel Ltd Appoints New Statutory Auditors, Calls EGM

Ajel Limited's Board of Directors met on October 13, 2026, to approve the appointment of M/s Maddukuru & Associates as Statutory Auditors, filling a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s G M K & CO. LLP. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM). The company also decided to convene an EGM on November 6, 2026, to seek shareholder consent for the auditor appointment and appointed a scrutinizer for e-voting.
