Ajmera Realty Trading Window Closes for Q1 FY27 Results

Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will be shut from July 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the dissemination of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. All designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading during this period. The date for the board meeting to consider these financial results will be communicated separately.
