Indong Tea Promoter Gifts 4,000 Shares, No Change in Holding

Mr. Madanlal Garg, a promoter of Indong Tea Company Limited, has disclosed the disposal of 4,000 equity shares via inter-se transfer (gift) to an immediate relative, Hariram Garg. The transaction was conducted through an off-market deal on July 13, 2026. Despite this transfer, the total shareholding of the promoter category remains unchanged, with the pre- and post-transfer percentages being 2.15%. The disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 7(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
