Hariram Garg Acquires 4.78 Lakh Shares in Indong Tea via Gift

Mr. Hariram Garg, a promoter of Indong Tea Company Limited, has acquired 4,78,488 equity shares through an inter-se transfer by way of gift. This transaction, conducted off-market between immediate relatives, does not alter the total shareholding of the promoter category. The acquisition increases Mr. Garg's direct shareholding to 24,70,661 shares, representing 12.72% of the total equity capital. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at ₹19,42,10,480.
