Yug Decor Ltd: Promoter Group Inter-Se Share Transfer via Gift Deed

Yug Decor Ltd has reported an inter-se transfer of equity shares among its promoter and promoter group via gift deeds. The transactions, occurring on June 25th and 27th, 2026, involved significant share transfers by Abha Santoshkumar Saraswat and Santoshkumar Ramjilal Saraswat to Nisha Chandresh Saraswat and Pooja Saraswat. These transfers are considered off-market and fall under exemptions provided by Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) and (ii) of the SEBI SAST Regulations.
